Bin Malik Establishment adopts the hiring and recruitment policies for workforces primarily and basically from the area of Hadhramout wherever available.  Thus most of our workforces are of Yemeni Nationals.  They constitute about 90% of the total workforce along with some specialized expatriates.  Our workforces include engineers of great skills and high experience in the designing and field works, survey engineers, and professionals in the works of logistic support, quarry riggers, plasterers, tradesmen, technicians, operators of light and heavy machinery drivers.

Bin Malik Establishment is distinguished for its policies of implementing training on hand programs on the site since a large number of our site workers come from nomadic (Bedouin) societies around the Masila area and other areas throughout Hadhramout.

There are also quiet a number of training programs for the development of performance, skills, and for acquiring the essential experiences.
